1 How do I search and buy a product?
Either start browsing through the different Categories or Tags or directly access the desired product by entering a word or a phrase into the search box at the right top of the screen and validate. The site will then return matching products for you to browse.
Once the product is located, add it to the cart and when you have selected everything you need, go to the cart to finalize your purchase.

2Where do we ship?
We ship to Spain (iberia Spain and Balearic islands), Portugal (Iberia Portugal), France (metropolitan France) and Andorra. We continue to work to get further and to be able to offer shipments to more territories soon.
However, if you wish to purchase one or more of our products outside these territories we will be happy to arrange special shipment for you. Please contact us through our email firstname.lastname@example.org or by filling the contact form below. We will answer you as quickly as possible.
To be eligible for Free Delivery, orders must contain at least €500 in eligible products after applicable discounts have been applied to the order.
Spain, Portugal and Andorra: all orders containing less than €500 in eligible products are eligible for a Flat Delivery Rate of €6.99.
France: all orders containing less than €500 in eligible products are eligible for a Flat Delivery Rate of €9.99
Shipments to Andorra carry an additional charge of €30 for customs expenses.
4What does ``Available on backorder`` mean?
When a product is identified as “Available on backorder”, it just means that at that moment we do not have stock of that product in our warehouse but we can serve it anyway. This order will just take a little longer to process.
You just have to order normally and we will manage it with our suppliers and we will send it in a single order to save costs when we have received all the material.
5What happens if the same purchase includes products in Stock and products On Backorder?
Such thing can happen for two reasons:
- More units are requested than those available in stock of a product
- Different products are requested, one or several of which are in stock and at least one those status is “Available on backorder”
In these cases, place the order normally, we will manage it with our suppliers and we will send it in a single order to save costs when we have received all the goods.
6What is your return policy?
Our return policy is fourteen (14) calendar days from the time you receive the package.
If you decide to return one or more products, you should contact us through our email email@example.com or by filling out the contact form below. We will answer you to let you know how to proceed.
What are the return requirements?
- The product must keep its original packaging and be in the same state in which it was delivered with all accessories and without obvious signs of use. Products with signs of use, incomplete or manipulated will not be refunded.
- The shipment must be made in the same box in which it was sent or in its absence in a similar format that guarantees that the packaging does not suffer damages during the transport.
- A hard copy of the delivery note must be included in the package where the returned products must be shown.
Who pays for the return shipping costs?
If the goods are returned because of a defect of the product or some other error of ours, we will take care of the expenses of the collection.
If the products were served correctly but are not to your liking for whatever reason, you can send the product with your trusted courier service and we, after verifying that the products are in good conditions, will pay the cost of the product.
SmartandCleverHD.com also offers the service of managing the transport of the return. In which case, once the product has been received and its good condition confirmed, we will proceed to the payment of the cost of the product, excluding the cost of the return shipping that will be expenses charged to the customer.
7How does the warranty apply?
In the event of a breakdown during the warranty period of a product, you should contact us through our email firstname.lastname@example.org or by filling out the contact form below. We will answer you as quickly as possible to let you know how to proceed.
It will be necessary to present a proof of purchase such as an invoice for the processing of the guarantee.
Repairs or replacements will be free of charge during the warranty period unless the failure was not caused by a failure in the original manufacture.
